We played a key role in modernizing the overhead lifting system for the grand stage, Stadsteatern, in Skövde Kulturhus. The new system features 27 state-of-the-art zero-fleet winches, each designed to support up to 300 kg and capable of lifting at speeds of 0.8 meters per second. These winches, expertly crafted by our trusted Italian partner Alfa System, are tailored to meet the diverse lifting requirements of the venue.

At the heart of the system is an advanced control solution from the renowned German manufacturer Unican. This system allows for sophisticated programming with cues for various shows and stage setups, 3D visualization, and built-in power redundancy, ensuring seamless operation.

To complement the winches, we installed three chain hoist-based FlexBeams and two point lifts, all equipped with GIS LP500 chain hoists. These components form a robust mechanical foundation for the stage and are wirelessly controlled via FlexControl remotes, providing maximum flexibility.

As of its completion in autumn 2024, this project stands as our largest installation to date, marking a significant milestone in our portfolio.
