MORE INFORMATION
Are you looking for new challenges? Are you attracted by exciting, varied, and independent work in a rapidly evolving industry? Then join our growing team!
We are a leading technology company in stage mechanics and rigging for the entertainment industry. We develop, manufacture, sell, and install stage technology products and integrated systems daily. Installations are carried out within Sweden, while sales are worldwide. We are a stable and well-established company with a family character and strong team spirit. With us, you get varied and exciting duties with good personal and professional development opportunities.
We are now looking for additional installers of stage technical systems and products. Applicants should be team players who enjoy working with people, want to learn new things, and are skilled problem-solvers. We also appreciate personal traits such as organization, responsibility, and flexibility. In addition, we need someone comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English (in speech and writing) and holding a regular driver’s license. Previous experience in assembly-related jobs and valid certificates for lifts, forklifts, hot works, and fall protection are considered meritorious.
As an installer, you work in lifts, on scaffolding, in harnesses, and to some extent, you do some heavy lifting. You should therefore feel comfortable working at heights and be in good physical shape. As a fitter, you are part of a project team where you participate in planning, manufacturing, preparation, and subsequent installation in various locations around Sweden. The employment includes regular project trips with great freedom under responsibility. The number of travel days varies, but most of the time is spent at home working in our workshop and warehouse.
Our project and service department handles assignments all over Sweden, including work in theaters, studios, arenas, schools, and other public spaces. However, we always begin our work at either Norrköping or Malmö workshops. As part of the role, you will have significant customer interaction while carrying out procured installations and service tasks as per ongoing agreements.
Your duties will involve
- Performing assignments as an installer and assembler in the field and our workshop.
- Transport yourself, your colleagues, and your equipment to project locations.
- Booking of staff and equipment.
- Ordering of products, spare parts, consumables, and equipment.
- Packing, delivery, and returns of equipment.
- Performing warehouse duties and maintenance of equipment.
- Performing quality control and be responsible for servicing our products.
We are therefore looking for someone who has
- Experience with working on lifting systems, component assembly, or mechanical solutions is a prerequisite. Extensive experience in elevator installations, crane assembly, or technical service is meritorious.
- Experience with using workshop machines and power tools.
- Commitment, creativity, thoroughness, drive, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Social competence and a service-oriented mindset are important as you will work closely with customers and other partners.
- The ability to express themselves in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
- The ability to thrive in a varied environment with a sometimes fast work pace.
- A driver’s license with B-qualification (BE or C-qualification would be meritorious).
- Training in fall protection and truck or lift licenses would be an advantage.
Start: Immediately or by agreement

Placement: Flexible as per the nature of the position. However, the hubs for the projects are Norrköping or Malmö
