We at PSRIG are very blessed to be able to book new projects even in these extraordinary times. This time we have been hired to supply and install a new lifting solution with flybars and various accessories to Folkets Hus in Älmhult, Sweden.
A little history
The term ”Folkets hus” is used for the Swedish version of working-class community centers. In the small town of Älmhult (approx. 9000 inhabitants) this nowadays involve a cinema operation, different musical arrangements and the possibility for third parties to rent the premises. The property also houses some permanent office tenants.
PSRIG’s part
The project is going to include replacing the old flybar system with our own FlexBeam solution coupled with our wireless FlexControl system. We will also supply a motorized PA hoist system, new motorized front truss and spring-driven cable reels.
Delivery and installation is scheduled for June 2020.
